This office is TERRIBLE!
I left crying. It took them 45 minutes just to take my x-rays, the machine was broken and they kept on taking it instead of putting me in the next room. They scratched up my whole mouth by using big x-ray slides instead of smaller ones as i kept telling them they're cutting me. Dr Vatrenko was nasty and insensitive, i mentioned that i have a terrible fear of dentists after a really bad experience where a doctor tore out two teeth that did not really have to be removed and the anesthesia did not work. She kept pushing braces when i clearly stated i could never go though anything like that again and my small gaps don't bother me and that i simply couldn't afford it. Her remarks were very harsh and she practically treated me like a spoiled brat, as i had tears in my eyes. When i left, i had a very bad anxiety attack. I'm never EVER going back to that office. All they care about is charging your insurance, there is no personal approach or simple decency.
