Good: The service is consistently excellent, hair styling, hair coloring, manicures and pedicures are all of a quality higher than many high-priced spas. The entire group of professionals who work there are extremely friendly and easy to be around. It is a welcome change to be in a place where everyone is of such high quality, so friendly and so willing to help each other out. Check attitudes at the door, there are no divas in this Pittsford salon, just a lot of talent in a great environment.. Bad: It's a busy place so if you're expecting a spa environment with hushed rooms and new age music, this isn't the right place for you.. Improvements: I wish they had more room to expand. Other: There is coffee, tea, water, and other amenities offered.
