I liked that Luis was pleasant and respectful and listened to me. I had originally shopped at Desert Nissan and left there very dissatisfied. The salesman and sales manager at Desert were condescending, rude and even lied to me. I went to Planet Nissan at a friend's suggestion and was very happy that I did.
