I was just leaving the doctor's office with my two children, aged 5 and 3, to receive treatment for my child's strep throat, when my 3 year old had a complete meltdown in the lobby. Just when I was finally getting my child to calm down, Trudy came over to complain that she couldn't hear her customer on the phone because of my child's crying. Thanks Trudy! I really needed that. Your empathy was amazing. I will never buy flowers from Trudy's and I intend to complain to the Polyclinic. I think one can expect some children having meltdowns in the lobby of the building with so many medical offices.
