Bad: After one year and numerous lies regarding the order status, I finally had Mathis pick up their defective sectional sofa. Adding insult to injury, it took them 3 phone calls and an extra week to credit my account. The Atty General or Better Business Bureau needs to investigate their shoddy business practices.. Other: While they have a good selection of product in Indio, I would not shop at Mathis again. No apologies were ever given for their dropping the ball. I was only given service after threatening legal action..
