They really just don't care at this Wendy's. They constantly get your order wrong, act like it's the biggest deal in the world to fix it when you call it to their attention, and are *always* out of something. If something isn't already cooked, good luck with getting them to make it for you. Once they said that they were out of potatoes. I said, "Really? A Wendy's is out of potatoes?". She relented and said "we'll have to cook you one. Just pull over there and wait 5 minutes." So they lied to me the first time just so they didn't have to get off their duffs and make the food i ordered. Terrible.
