My wife and I finally decided it was time to get a new car. Since we have kids, we needed to get something with a lot of room but with gas prices these days, we thought that a SUV would be too much of a burden on our wallets.....To make a long story short, we narrowed it down to the Chrysler Town & Country. After being jerked around at other local Chrysler dealerships, I found Stevens Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge and decided to email James Mulder, the Fleet & Internet manager. I let him know what I wanted in options and how much I can afford. He responded within 5 minutes and surprising to me he actually quoted me well under my intended budget. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was already washed and cleaned and the paperwork was already printed out. After a few signatures my family and I were on the road grinning from ear to ear!!!
