I've been here 2 years with no problems. Maintenance staff is friendly, quick, and efficient; management is courteous, helpful, and good with communication; the building may be old but they're doing a lot of repairs/upgrades. Closet space is HUGE, and yes it's carpeted, but oh well. The location can't be beat. I will continue to live here for a while, I really like it!
