Good: I have lived in this area 17 yrs and have been a patron of this facility a few times for oil changes, tune ups, car washes and even some minor repairs and have found these services satisfactory. Usually quick and professional.. Bad: Unfortunately this establishment has just lost my business. I came in for a vehicle inspection on my truck. After a few minutes I was approached and told that my emergency brake was not "catching"/ working. He said that he could try to adjust it for about $50. If that did not work it would mean a brake job for about $169. I agreed to have it adjusted. The next thing I know I get an estimate for over $330 to replace the cylindars and seals. I declined even though the manager told me that (see below). Improvements: " this will get so bad that soon you'll put on your brakes and the pedal will just go to the floor". I did not appreciate the scare tatics so I thanked the mechanic for looking at it and left. As it turned out these repairs were not only not necessary but would not have corrected the problem that prevented a passing inspection. A $10 bushing and about 40 minutes work, by my brother, solved the problem.
They should stick to lube jobs and stop trying to scare people into costly repairs.. Other: Not only will I not use any of their services again, but I'll tell anyone who asked this story.
Thank You, I Mclaughlin.
