After calling three times to make sure they had the vehicle in stock that we wanted and being told, "yes, we've got 4 black ones on the lot" we made the hour and a half drive into Austin to get my new car. Upon arrival we were ambushed by a salesman Kent, the woman we talked to and wanted to see was nowhere to be found, and the vehicle we wanted and inquired about was not available. Kent asked me two or more times, "are you sure you really want black?" and he pointed to two brown vehicles and asked me repeatedly, "are those black?", just basically talking down to us the entire time, and when we told him we were already pre-approved through the website Kent then laughs at us and says, "Everyone is pre-approved, I could pre-approve you for a mansion right now, but it doesn't mean you are getting one."
And things just got worse from there, we ended up leaving and going to South Point Kia where we were treated with the highest customer service and walked away happy with a new car and I'm so happy to have been able to give them our business instead of the incompetent people at Capitol Kia, be warned, STAY AWAY.
