Good: The dental hygenist was nice and the office was clean and attractively decorated.. Bad: The front office staff cancelled our appointments repeatedly and were terribly rude. The cleaning and exam were so done so poorly, I had to make appointments at another dental practice,for my family and myself, in order to recieve proper treatment.. Improvements: I would like Dr. Dupuis and staff to do their jobs throughly. I could probably tolerate the rudeness, but that, coupled with very poor dental care, has made me change dentists. I will never go back and will discourage other family members and friends from going there.. Other: After all I went through with Dupuis Dental, I am convinced that Dr. Dupuis is only interested in money and hasn't the slightest concern for the well-being of the unfortunate people that find themselves under his care. My sincere hope is that my insurance company investigates him and subsequently cancels their contract with him..
