Pretty office but ran with greed! If you have $$$ and great top of the line insurance, you'll be treated supreme, if not don't hold your breath. more

I would give a zero if I could. Well my dentist was good but the assistants came and went and would do the work left like putting on the crowns. I lost a crown after it fell off six months after I had it and a temporary fell off an hour after I left the office. This doesn't count the amount of times I was hosed in the face by water. While they were very nice they were just incompetent. Now, the office staff are horrible. On 1 occasion I had to cancel an appointment from my son being sick and the office charged me $60. I had to beg the office to not pay since it was an unforeseen circumstance. The final straw was a crown that I took to long to get put on and had paid $200 for. They destroyed the crown and told me I had to pay another hundred dollars to get a new one done. Never was I called to tell me this was happening. On top of it the office staff lied about telling me I had a credit from it. Never again and my four children and I have moved elsewhere. more

This dentist is very unprofessional. They cancel appointments without any notice and they hardly ever answer the phone. Also, the staff is very rude. The owner is extremely cheap, because I constantly hear the dentist say they are running out of things. You will have a terrible experience if you choose this dentist. Beware!!!! more

I'd give zero stars if possible, this practice is a joke. I had *one* appointment at this practice in May 2012, a cleaning, x-rays, etc. The dentist saw me for maybe 3 minutes tops (cuz there are 14 other chairs going at the same time). They found a cavity, and I scheduled the appointment to have it fixed. A conflict came up at the last minute, so I had to reschedule. Another conflict came up for that appointment, so I had to reschedule a second time. Before this appointment happened, I received a curt letter from the practice stating that I was no longer welcome at their practice for excessive missed appointments. Are you kidding me??? This is life "Dr" Dupuis...sometimes people have to cancel appointments. As a thank you for someone's patronage, you kick them out of your practice? Ridiculous. With 14 chairs going, I'm pretty sure you're able to juggle last minute cancellations. This is easily the worst business practice I've encountered in a medical / dental setting. Patients should be treated with gratitude not contempt, especially since their money makes your life (golf/yacht/mansion) possible. Luckily, there are so many fine dental practices in the area, this awful experience is a distant memory. more

Dr.Robinson did a root canal on my 11 year old today and it went wonderfully! She is a special needs child with high anxiety and he made the procedure gentle and her feel safe. I would highly recommend Dr.Robinson and Dupuis Dental. more

I will never be going back to this dentist. I have taken my child here since he was 4. So 4 visits. They have never done xrays and have always said that everything was great. I just took him two weeks ago and they decided it was time for xrays. They tried one and he gagged a tiny bit and they stopped and would not try again. They said we will do it next visit. The dentist came in and did the exam. He said it looks like he might have a tiny bit of decay and there may be one cavity. He was not going to do the xrays or anything. He was done right away and said you should take him to a pediatric dentist. I took him to another dentist and they did xrays right away. My child has 8 cavities and one of them needs a root canal. They said this cavity has been growing for 2 years at least. How did they never do xrays or see decay at all. Yes I said 8 cavities. Really you never saw a tiny bit of decay or tried to xray him before this. It is sad because this could have been avoided if they had taken the time to check, or just said they did not want to take care of a child. Sad! more

New to the dentist... I have a family 5 that was going there. My daughter missed an appointment, so I had to reschedule. I can a call from them stating we are no longer aloud at the office and they informed the insurance company. I'm a nurse that works 2 jobs and had an emergency so I rescheduled. This is totally unacceptable to me! I do not even mind missed appointment fee, but to kick my whole family from the office like we committed a crime. I am at lost for words. more

I have been a patient for almost a year and have had an extraction,filling and cleaning. All have been better than my previous dentist at another location. Dr dupuis is very comical,professional and down to earth. I wouldn't say I look forward to going to the dentist but I will return to dr dupuis office because him or his staff have not given me a reason to go elsewhere...so I am satisfied. more

I have been going here for a while now and just recently went back to have my teeth professionally whitened. The staff are so friendly and Dr. Dupuis is flexible, professional and honest when it comes to what is necessary and what is not. I really like this place and have told everyone who asks for a good dentist in the area to go here! more

i went to have a tooth pulled the other day. the assistant for the oral surgeon was very helpful, Jen ,knew what she was talking about and made me feel very comfortable. her and the oral surgeon Dr kirshnan made me happy to actually be there and joked around alot and made me feel at ease. they worked very good together. i would recommend them to anyone that needs to get a tooth pulled. 2 thumbs up! more

My family is new to the area and also to Dupuis Dental. My husband,2 daughters & myself were all able to schedule together for cleanings which is a blessing for 2 working parents. After getiting our teeth cleaned we were told 1 child needs fillings & other needs wisdom teeth pulled. I thought "great, here comes the hard part, scheduling" but to my surprise I scheduled both girls at same time with different doctors. My husband needed a root canal & receptionist told us she could get him in the same day & time as my daughters. Our experiences at Dupuis Dental have been good & we hope to continue there as patients for many years to come. more

I have 3 kids so going to a big office like Dupuis Dental makes my life easier! I can bring all my kids to be seen at the same time whether it's for a cleaning or fillings because there are several doctors and hygienists. It also helps with having appointment times available after school and work! I disagree with the comments about the staff being rude also! The girls have always been more than helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this office! more

Ive been going to Dupuis Dental for years and have had the pleasure to see most of the dentists there. I have always felt very comfortable at this office and have referred them to many friends, family and coworkers! more

Good: The dental hygenist was nice and the office was clean and attractively decorated.. Bad: The front office staff cancelled our appointments repeatedly and were terribly rude. The cleaning and exam were so done so poorly, I had to make appointments at another dental practice,for my family and myself, in order to recieve proper treatment.. Improvements: I would like Dr. Dupuis and staff to do their jobs throughly. I could probably tolerate the rudeness, but that, coupled with very poor dental care, has made me change dentists. I will never go back and will discourage other family members and friends from going there.. Other: After all I went through with Dupuis Dental, I am convinced that Dr. Dupuis is only interested in money and hasn't the slightest concern for the well-being of the unfortunate people that find themselves under his care. My sincere hope is that my insurance company investigates him and subsequently cancels their contract with him.. more

Dr. Dupuis is all about makding $$$ - that's it. He is very rude, and there is no customer service at all at his practice-I think basically because his practice is so large, that he doesn't really care if he loses patients (unfortunately for him, negative word or mouth is MUCH more powerful than positive). Most of the people that he employs are inept, rude, or both. Today was the last straw for our family. We won't be back. more

My family and I have been going to Dupuis Dental for many years and we have always received the best service. We love the employees - they are always professional and friendly. The office is very nicely decorated and the wait is never very long. I would highly recommend this dental office to everyone. more

The worst dental experience ever!! The staff is rude, inattentive, and unknowledgeable. My visit to the Oral Surgeon was the most frightening and painful experience I have ever endured. There was no consultation or explanation of the events to follow from the assistant or Doctor. The only question they asked me was "what teeth are we supposed to be pulling?". After taking several shots to numb the pain they made me wait so long the numbness was wearing off before the extraction took place. Before more shots were endured I asked if I could please get some gas. The Doctor coped an attitude and finally decided to tell me what options I could have chosen before the surgery. After moving me to a room that had gas, the doctor proceeded to extract my lower impacted wisdom tooth. There was a piece of tooth that he could not remove so he sewed me up and told me if I have problems with it, at least I know what it is!?! While extracting the upper impacted wisdom tooth I started to scream "I can feel that". The doctor disagreed with me and proceeded to extract the tooth anyway. After all of that, the doctor finally acknowledged that I was not lying about the pain and pumped 3 more shots into my gums. The assistant rushed me out of the room while briefly explaining my home care treatment. The doctor prescribed me Penicillin (because of risk of infection from the piece of tooth he left in) Motrin 600 (I got Motrin 800 from a Doc. when I stubbed my big toe), and 10 of the lowest dosage of Vicodin he could possibly give me!?! WTF!?! Since the surgery, I have been in constant pain and also have dry socket to go with the lack of medication and supplies they sent home with me. Please do NOT subject yourself to Dupuis Dental. I had the other 2 Wisdom teeth extracted in the past by dental students who were more caring, knowledgeable, and less painful. more

Dupuis Dental is the best office in metro Detroit. I have had great experiences there. They are gentle, caring and have wonderful staff & Drs. Such a beautiful office that you feel like you are at the spa! I love Dupuis Dental! more
