I have one word to describe these people. Rude!!! I drove 30 minutes there to see if they would be interested in some of my clothes. I had all of them hung up and pressed. When I arrived, they told me I had to have an appointment. Which I understand because I know they have to inspect the clothes, etc. I said well I wish I would have known that before I loaded my car up and drove 30 minutes. The woman's reply was, "You should have called and had a cold hard look on her face." She treated me like I was five. The old hag obviously needs to learn some customer service skills. I would not recommend this shop to anyone buying or selling.
