I have used this gallery on several occasions and while they're expensive they usually do a decent job. However the last pieces I had sent there took an exceedingly long time, and since I needed them for a specific date I went in to talk to them. They couldn't even tell me where my artwork was or when it was going to be completed and acted as though it was crazy for me to be asking. The employees are quite rude and seem to change around their time estimates - and they were sometimes closed for an entire day
