Charisma Salon has a number of things going for it.
1. It is within walking distance of our house, which is why we went the first time. ;)
2. It is comparably priced with other salons.
3. Jeanne C. (the owner) is very congenial, and goes out of her way to be supportive to her help.
4. She has got a couple of top-notch stylists working with her. I recently found out that many people on our street are Charisma customers... which speaks volumes to me.
Charisma also sends out discounts to customers around the holidays and birthdays... very nice!
