Fast delivery, great packaging! 12/13/2021

Delivery was v. fast (in 2 days from WI to NC - maybe a rare case but still..). Amazingly thought-out logical packaging, as times before, having nested the 'Pickle bottle' bubble-wrapped in the center of it all & not forgetting the Pappadam's delicate nature which was secured as well :). Very pleased, helpful and good customer service 10/30/2020

I bought some items lately from iShopIndian and I was very pleased with there customer service. At first they did not send me an email confirmation nor a shipping email. I messaged them and they replied shortly after. They notified me that it was problem with their system and that one of my items is still being stocked in transit. They offered to give me a different flavor of item if I'd like it shipped earlier. I did and the order was shipped within the day and received a couple days later. The whole process of easy and they were very cordial and helpful. more

Worst Service 4/27/2020

Worst class service. I had ordered one month back and from last 2 weeks they kept on telling that they will ship next weekend. Finally, today I had to cancel. Every time they had the same excuse of Corona, as if they are the only ones in this world who are facing trouble. Highly unprofessional. I think people should stop buying once this pandemic is over. They deserve such treatment. more

When you sell thru a website, the seller should respond to E-Mail requests. The owner(s) of iShopIndian.com never responded to my previous inquiries. That is considered very poor customer service! more

Bad inventory management 7/25/2019

Have had two orders cancelled after the order was placed and payment processed. The website had the items in stock and let me place the order and after 3-4 days, received email about items not in stock. The one star is for the customer service being prompt in refunding my money more

Unprofessional 2/15/2019

I ordered my first order with them and they are extremely unprofessional. The item was supposed to come in a plastic jar container and they shipped me an item in cardbox box. On contacting as per them; things change and they can not keep their website updated. If someone can not keep the website updated; they are not supposed to be in the ecomm business. Highly disappointed. Will never order from them again and will not suggest anyone should too. more

Got a bunch of stuff. They sell things way past their expiration date. Got infested papads, pickle gone rancid and poha with damaged packaging. Customer service never got back. more

Customer for about 4 years now 12/18/2018

Once or twice a year, for the last 4 years, I've ordered Pillow Delights snacks as Christmas and Birthday gifts for my husband. They used to sell them in an Indian store in Indiana, but since moving to Seattle, I can't find them anywhere. I've never had a problem with service or delivery at IShopIndian.com. My package always came in good shape, on time, and the product never came crushed. more

Great source for Indian groavery items 3/28/2015

I moved away from a big city and now I can't get my curry fix. They have a great variety of spices and instant curry mixes. Shipping is reasonable and fast. They were also very helpful on the phone when I called about a questions regarding lentils. So glad to have them around! more

Great Site with Good Customer Service 11/2/2011

Been using iShopIndian.com for almost 5 years as I moved around the US. Good selection of products, reasonable prices and quick shipping. Very courteous customer representative. Would highly recommend. p.s. to earlier reviewer "Anisha", if UPS lost your package why stick ishopindian with the blame? I've had lost packages before and other companies have followed the same procedure (UPS finding the package takes time). more

2nd Review - Update on Lost package and Customer service 9/29/2011

I finally received my order from iShopindian 9 days after it was delivered to the wrong address. While the error in shipping was entirely UPS's fault, I remain unhappy with the customer service of iShopindian. Please see my previous review posted here. I will not be ordering groceries from them again, just because of their customer service. However, the items I ordered were packaged well. Except for a bottle of pickle which leaked some oil. Items were arranged in a manner so as to not damage delicate things like cookies. If you live far away from a grocery store or just don't have a car like me, having Indian groceries home delivered is a great boon. The rates of iShopindian are comparable to that of a regular Indian grocery store, but I do hope for your sake that you don't find the need to call the customer service for anything (or that they improve their service). more
