Review content:
I finally received my order from iShopindian 9 days after it was delivered to the wrong address. While the error in shipping was entirely UPS's fault, I remain unhappy with the customer service of iShopindian.

I will not be ordering groceries from them again, just because of their customer service.
However, the items I ordered were packaged well. Except for a bottle of pickle which leaked some oil. Items were arranged in a manner so as to not damage delicate things like cookies.
If you live far away from a grocery store or just don't have a car like me, having Indian groceries home delivered is a great boon. The rates of iShopindian are comparable to that of a regular Indian grocery store, but I do hope for your sake that you don't find the need to call the customer service for anything (or that they improve their service).
