I have been to 4 other dress shops 9/26/2014

I have been to 4 other dress shops in Colorado, and was severly disappointed with their service and quantity of choices. I was a little worried about trying d'Anneli , but I was pleasantly surprised! I called to make an appointment over a week out, and they were booked. They told me to just walk in, and they would take care of me. I was shocked that I only had to wait 5 minutes before being treated like any other customer who had made an appointment! more

I'm a plus size 7/25/2014

I'm a plus size bride and just as I was about to give up on shopping for a dress at all, a shop recommended I call D'Anelli and I am so glad I did so! I was technically a walk in since all their appointments were booked, but they treated me very well! I was helped my Carol who was respectful of budget, patient and honest with how I looked. they had a selection of plus size gown, it was so great to have more than 2 gowns to try! more

I planned an entire day 4/14/2014

I planned an entire day in Denver to go dress shopping and had appointments at about 6 stores, including D'Anelli Bridal. This was my first stop and I had a wonderful experience. They were having a trunk show in two weeks for a dress I kind of had my heart set on, but I didn't want to count on it since I had never seen it before. Even knowing that, they gave me incredible service, and were absolutely wonderful! I tried on a bunch of dresses and finally settled on my favorite. more

This place has it all!!! A one stop shop for sure! Lovely, professional ladies to work with! No one is pushy here which was a big plus for me. Each sales consultant has their own dressing room with pictures and thank you notes from previous brides which is very reassuring! more

Absolutely Worth It! 2/28/2011

I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM COLORADO SPRINGS AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! D'ANELLI'S HAS THE BEST SELECTION FOR DESIGNERS AND PRICE RANGES. I FEEL IN LOVE WITH THE DRESS OF MY DREAMS AND HOLLY HELPED ME WITH THE PROCESS. SHE WAS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNEW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND ALSO GAVE ME GREAT IDEAS FOR MY WEDDING, NOT EVEN INVOLVING THE DRESS. SHE WANTED TO HELP ME FIND THE DRESS I LOVE AND I FEEL THATS WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT. HOLLY WAS AWESOME AND TRULY MADE ME FEEL BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT! more

I am a very non traditional bride and had a wonderful experience here. I do not like to wear dresses and the consultants all made me feel beautiful. At least seven of my friends have bought their dresses here and have all had the same experience. Top of the line customer service and selection. Loved it here! more

Great customer service 2/16/2011

I'd been to several stores already, with some displeasure. At d'Anelli, Sarah greeted me as soon as I came in (without an appointment), and spent time with me to help me choose the perfect dress within my budget. She showed me gorgeous dresses that I could afford, and never mentioned anything outside my price range. Jocelyn was fun to work with during my fittings, and my dress looked as if it had been made just for me. more

I have been to danellis three times in the past month and have worked with different people each time and have been more than impressed with their customer service skills. I have loved my experience! I am always greeted with a smile by the girls at the desk and have been helped right away. I purchased my dress about a week ago and I am so glad that I was referred here by another friend of mine. She got our bridesmaids dresses there and we were very impressed with the service. I will continue to refer all my friends there----I loved it! more

FABULOUS 1/3/2011

I was so surprised to see a low rating as I had a FABULOUS experience at D'Anneli's! I purchased my wedding dress and worked with Nichole - she was very accomodating and friendly!!! I brought my mom, sister and good friend to the shop - we discussed what style I was looking for and then had fun browswing and pulling dresses. We found 6-8 to try on and while a few were close, none were "the dress". We went back out to the floor to pull a few more similar styles and then I found "the one"! The salespeople were friendly and didn't pressure me into a higher priced gown- my gown was a very reasonable $625! When I came back for measurements and to purchase the dress, I received the same friendly and prompt service. While I only hit 3 dress shops total, D'Anneli's was by far the BEST experience. I had two good friends recommend D'Anneli's to me and I am happy to pass along the recommondation! It's how wedding dress shopping should be!!! more

Could not be happier 12/20/2010

I just bought my wedding dress for D'Anneli and I could not be happier. I worked with Jessie and she was great. She really wanted to get to know me and my wedding style so she could help me choose a dress that would be perfect. I really could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone there was so friendly and seemed genuinely excited for me and to help me find the right dress. Thank you D'Anneli and Jessie. You made my wedding dress shopping day a day to remember more

At D'anelli, my girls and I were unhassled as we perused their huge (HUGE) selection of bridesmaid dresses, looking for something unique and sassy and flattering on all 7 of my lovely attendants. They have everything from super-spendy high-end couture, to simple elegance for simple prices. We were able to find several in the $100-$125 range that stood miles above the cookie-cutter schwag you get at David's. And not once were we harassed or pushed or hassled or hustled by a single obnoxious salesgirl. Now THAT's my kind of shopping! more

Worth a try despite the negative reviews. 10/22/2010

A friend purchased her dress here and had a positive experience so I decided it was worth a try despite the negative reviews. When I called to schedule my appointment, the receptionist was pleasant and polite. When we arrived, we received a friendly greeting and received a tour and guidelines - 6 dresses. Nadine, the manager, was our associate for the 1.5 hours and was very helpful and provided honest feedback. I found several dresses at this shop that were on my final list and when I asked to come back the next day, I was encouraged to come when I could even though there were not appointments available in the afternoon. The selection of informal gowns was very good. more

I Could Not Be Happier 10/6/2010

I am shocked and surprised to read all of these negative reviews! I have purchased my wedding gown and am in the process of ordering all of my bridesmaids dresses there. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience every single time that I am in the store. I bought my dress at the beginning of January after I had an appointment for a trunk show the store was having. The trunk show dresses were out of my price range but I was able to get on a walk in list and wait for a room. The girl who helped me was so helpful and kind. She pulled the dress of my dreams and it was under my budget which was even better!!!! Because i purchased here I get a discount on pretty much everything I am doing there..... I could not be happier with the service I have received while at danellis. I feel like the girls all know me when I go in and am always greeted with a smile. I went to five other shops and none of them compared to here! take my word for it--- shop at danellis! more
