A friend purchased her dress here and had a positive experience so I decided it was worth a try despite the negative reviews. When I called to schedule my appointment, the receptionist was pleasant and polite. When we arrived, we received a friendly greeting and received a tour and guidelines - 6 dresses. Nadine, the manager, was our associate for the 1.5 hours and was very helpful and provided honest feedback. I found several dresses at this shop that were on my final list and when I asked to come back the next day, I was encouraged to come when I could even though there were not appointments available in the afternoon. The selection of informal gowns was very good.
