Service was not professional or reliable, and there was no offer for loaner cars despite my difficulties expressed in getting rides to drop it off and pick it up. The only efforts were to sell additional products and services at or above retail prices, on top of the already $567 or so on a detail and undercoating, which when they quoted the cost in writing, was on sheets detailing what that entails, which they did not follow through on at all. \r

I was never offered a loaner car, even after reporting serious problems and the need for my entire detail to be re-done, and the undercoating needing to be stripped to frame, cleaned, and re-done. All I got was a "stop by and wait 5-10 minutes we can touch up whatever spots we missed." That was after explaining the following:\r
Pick Up, seats soaked, still dirt all over interior, quick look underneath still mud on the undercarriage, runs of armor all inside/blotches, still garbage under seats from back when carpenter owned truck\r
