Review content:
Their company removed a rear window brake light cover in order to apply\r
the window tint. The cover has two prongs on each side that were broken\r
off by them. The cover was placed back on without being able to be\r
resecured. I noticed the cover hanging off the next day with the broken\r
prongs detached sitting on the back window sill.\r
\r
I drove my car back for them to inspect the damage and they claim that\r
it is not their fault that it happened and that these kinds of things\r
just happen.\r
\r
My proposed solution was to refund me $30 for the cost of a used brake\r
light cover.\r
\r
Mike, the manager on duty, told me that he would not do this and that\r
his only solution is to super glue the plastic prongs back on.\r
\r
I then spoke to a Mercedes Repair shop and asked if there is any way\r
this solution would work and he said that the first time that the cover\r
is taken off in order to replace a burned out bulb the flaps would again\r
break off, if they even last that long.
