Not a very professional front desk staff! 7/25/2011

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Twice! Both times we had problems with the rooms. The first time it was the room that was dirty (used condoms on the floor, found by my grandchildren) they did not come in to clean the room until 10:30pm. On July 3,2011 I also reserved 2 adjoining rooms. The outside of the Hotel was a mess. The plants and trees were all dead. The inside was being remolded and was okay. They workers kept it nice and clean. The girls at the front desk did not seem to know what they were doing! It took two of them to figure where we were supposed to stay and how to charge us. I ended up getting overcharged for the rooms and to make matters worse I was double charged. When I called them, I left a message for the someone to call me back. They said it would be in a half hour. Well one and a half hours later I had to call. They would not put me through to the manager. They even hung up on me. Mind you I was not that upset at that time. I just wwanted to get someone to take care of the problem without me having to tell 5 people. Give me the right one the first time. I finally got the desk manager and she wanted to call me back, I told her no I would not take that chance. She said she would look it up and call me back. Now I am waiting for her call. Wish me luck! Now mind you the hotel was being remodeled and that was fine. But the pool area was dirty! There were glasses on all of the tables and towels laying around. (actually we should pick up after ourselfs). the water was not clean and not clear. We did take our towels out of the rooms with us and took them back in. We asked the desk for clean ones and we got them right away brought to our room. It was 1:p.m. when we were in the pool. this Holiday Inn is the olny hotel close to my brothers house. But believe me next time will stay somewhere esle. I might have to drive further but maybe I will have a better stay! more

Stay away from this awful place! 7/23/2010

Years ago, this was a high quality Radisson Hotel. I've stayed here twice recently, and the quality has sure fallen! The place is dirty, you can see that on their carpets in the hallways and the rooms. They have cheaped out by removing all microwaves and refrigerators from the rooms. They no longer have a continental breakfast, except for a small tray of muffins which are always all gone by 7:30am. I went up to the counter and asked if there will be any more, and she looked at me like I was bothering her, and said, No! They won't go broke by having an extra tray of muffins for their so-called continental breakfast! They have lots of very loud events there in the conference room, too. Last time there was a party that went on for two days with the loudest music ever, with the bass turned up all the way, rattling all the rooms way into the very late night. Try sleeping through that! The staff couldn't care less. Recently, there were kids running around all of the hallways near the lobby playing hockey for hours on end in the halls, hitting the doors and walls. All the staff could say was they were understaffed. They also said they have no security at all, which was why huge loud groups kept sneaking into the pool after the pool closing hours, making tons of noise after midnight, and smoking next to the air conditioning units. More sleep deprivation... Good luck trying to get extra supplies like towells, too. They have no towells at the pool, and I asked the lady at the lobby counter if I could have one. She wouldn't get one for me, but told me to go to the pool and wait for someone to bring one. It never arrived.... In short, this place is a miserable disgrace compared to what it used to be! I may have made a mistake coming here a second time, a mistake I will not make again! Cons: Loud, bad service, dirty more

Nice hotel 4/17/2009

My friends stayed at this hotel. It is located close to 85 and 101 freeway. The rooms were spacious. The front desk staff seemed helpful when we went to visit them. more
