Great selection, most (but not all) staff are helpful 12/4/2008

I've seen a lot of reviews on this site and others that say ""all the staff are rude and unfriendly."" I have to disagree. There is one distinctly unpleasant staff member who has somehow managed to keep her job for at least a decade, but everyone else has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I go to Windsor Button frequently - they have a great selection of yarns and patterns, and the best knitting needle selection anywhere in Boston - and I just avoid the unpleasant person and seek out someone else to help me. Pros: Great selection, convenient location Cons: One staff member really needs to rethink her career choice more

Miserable Staff 8/20/2008

This review is solely based on the employees at this establishment. The merchandise is good (although expect to pay higher prices for everything). The people that work here are miserable! I have gone in there now three times and always am amazed at how annoyed everyone who works in there appears to be. Pros: beautiful yarn and lots of books on knitting etc. Cons: the employees could not be ruder more
