Peaceful, beautiful, great food 4/1/2011

Not much to look at from the outside, but beautiful setting inside. Peaceful atmosphere, waterfalls, outdoor dining, amazing buffet and wonderful service. Went twice and can't wait to return. Nice break from Waikiki, short taxi ride. I recommend the Willows for a delightful Hawaiian meal. Tip, try the curry. more

banquet room location makes a difference 3/20/2010

Went here for a work function. The private room was a tight fit for our party and we had to walk up a flight of stairs holding plates piled high from the buffet line. By the time we sat down, our food had gotten a bit cold. I'm not much of a buffet person. There was a good selection of Hawaiian food, maki sushi, a carving station, and typical mini-slices of dessert. If I ever organize an event at the Willows, I would want a room on the ground floor or outside if the weather is good so we could enjoy the garden type setting. Valet parking only. more

Willows is a great place to take family and friends. There is variety of food. If you are a visitor to Hawaii, it is a great place to try "local" food. more

Authentic Hawaiian food 6/11/2008

Willows offers arguably the best authentic Hawaiian food in Honolulu. Although it is buffet style, the quality of the food is really great. The Kalua Pig, etc. is really good. The location (i.e., not in Waikiki) is also a plus. more

Classy 6/1/2008

Ate there a few times and really enjoyed the food and service. With the romantic dinner outside with mother nature makes this buffet really good. The food is outstanding and if you want to eat a variety of different ethnic foods this place is for you. Since how is so diverse Willows offer foods from all the hawaiian taste to Japanese cusine. Service is good and the wait is not to long granted if you make reservations in advance. Its a good place to visit once in a while. more

Ate there last year...never going back 10/8/2006

We ate at the Willows last year and had a horrid experience. Food was bland and dried out. Turkey was bloody pink on interior. When we wrote via email to complain we got the rudest, most unprofessional response from the girl supposedly in charge (she was so unprofessional I will not call her a lady) I was shocked at her response.
