My experience is very similar to the other person I noted that rated this place. I can't begin to tell you how horrible the whole experience was. Everything the previous person before me said applies and I have more. I finally got my car back after a very long wait. They had not even repaired the rear end of my car. There are so many mechanical issues with my car, it rattles when I drive it, it groans when I turn right, left or stop. It makes the loudest grinding noise that it hurts my ears when I first take off. It is a BMW with 50,000 miles and I never had any problems before. Now it is a piece of junk, and the auto body shop says that it is wear and tear on my car. The people there are 100% incompetent. Don't put yourself through going to this place. Nothing of this transaction ended up good for me. Even the brand new hood on the car was on TWISTED, they couldn't even get brand new parts on correctly. Allstate was the insurance of the other driver and they sucked too. Both sides say, its wear and tear on your car, I think they were in bed together. Funny, the two cars before this I drove for 250,000+ miles and never had any issues whatsoever. Now I have a premium car that is known for how long it lasts, and I have ""wear and tear"" on parts that I have never had to touch on autos with 250,000+ miles!
