A very good experience. Would recommend them to anyone. Work was completed in a neat, organized, orderly fashion and was completed on schedule. Workmen were friendly and showed up promptly and answered all our questions. There was a couple of very minor issues the city building inspector pointed out which they took care of immediately. We financed the job thru their banking partner - which took literaly seconds - Are now looking at using them for installing and setting up a solar power system more

We have very little attic space in our house and WestCoast Applicance came up with a great solution to put our heating and air conditioning unit on the roof. The system is very quite and works great. more

I already have recommended West Coast Appliance Services several times. My total experience with the Clean and Great grant thing was outstanding. All the contractors and everybody seemed to work together to expedite the project and get it done. West Coast Appliance Services is on the preferred list for the program. When they came in, I knew nothing about heaters, but I didn't have to take the most expensive unit, or the cheapest unit. I was replacing the old day and night unit that came with the house, and I told them upfront that I was not here to be sold, I was here to learn, and if they could teach me about the equipment I could make an informed decision on what I wanted to buy. Just don't try to sell me anything, and if you can educate me, you've got your foot in the door. Well, Leo sat with me and explained what the units were, and how they worked, and he wasn't into the high pressure approach. He took the time to explain everything so I could understand it in my way, and I eventually ended up buying the unit, and it has been absolutely outstanding! I haven't seen the electrical bill yet, so I won't know how much it jumped around with the 10 minute cycle thing it does, but that point is germane, as they are putting solar on my roof at the end of the month. I got a grant program for that too, so it's all coming gratis. more

Leo came to my house for the estimate and explained all the equipment that was going to be installed. David was the project lead on the installation and worked extremely hard in a tight space to install a 2-zone system, new heater, 2 new thermostats, etc. The 2-zone system works perfectly (as far as I can tell...I am not an HVAC expert, but I do know that the 2 floors of the house are cool!). The system is extremely quiet as promised. The price was great. Nothing but positive things to say. more

The installers were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, also cleaned up debris very well. They worked hard the whole time to get the job finished in one day. This also included duct work replacement! more

I had a good experience from start to finish! I would recommend the contractor who installed my system. The extended warranty was my #1 factor for purchasing Trane. I liked the fact that I recieved a quote the same day from the sales Rep Mike. He was on time and courteous. The install went smoothly. I felt the install team leader knew what he was doiong as he was able to correct some fit issues with the heating unit. They removed the old units and cleaned up the debris. I had a follow up appointment that consisted of an inspection of the install which the install work to be within specs. I would reccommend. more

I had them work on two jobs, and if an issue came up, they were available to come out immediately and were able to solve it quickly too. I am very pleased with my new heaters and AC units. So far West Coast Heat and Cool has been excellent. They were able to overcome a few problems that came up during the installation. We have an older house, and one particular room is a bit of a trouble spot. It has a vaulted ceiling, no attic or insulation, and they came up with a few good ideas and tried to do a few things. They have been really helpful. They were able to answer all the questions I had, and if they were not sure of the answer they found the person in the system that was. more
