Leo came to my house for the estimate and explained all the equipment that was going to be installed. David was the project lead on the installation and worked extremely hard in a tight space to install a 2-zone system, new heater, 2 new thermostats, etc. The 2-zone system works perfectly (as far as I can tell...I am not an HVAC expert, but I do know that the 2 floors of the house are cool!). The system is extremely quiet as promised. The price was great. Nothing but positive things to say.
