I had a good experience from start to finish! I would recommend the contractor who installed my system. The extended warranty was my #1 factor for purchasing Trane. I liked the fact that I recieved a quote the same day from the sales Rep Mike. He was on time and courteous. The install went smoothly. I felt the install team leader knew what he was doiong as he was able to correct some fit issues with the heating unit. They removed the old units and cleaned up the debris. I had a follow up appointment that consisted of an inspection of the install which the install work to be within specs. I would reccommend.
