We will absolutely recommend 9/3/2010

We had worked with many MB dealerships to find the right vehicle, and at other dealerships the staff was impersonal and desperate to make a sale. We knew exactly what we wanted and yet, they kept trying to push vehicles that did not fit. Michael Laws at Walters of Riverside was different. He went out of his way to find the vehicle that we wanted and made the entire experience personal and friendly. Michael actually listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to suggest a car that didn't work for us. He is a good communicator and when we left the dealership with our new GLK, the transaction felt "right." We will absolutely recommend Michael and Waters to all our friends. more

Julio in Finanace did an exceptional job of taking care of our needs and getting the required loan established. He also was extremely helpful in that he explained the extended warranty and helped us get the best deal we could on it.Duke our salesman did an excellent job in helping us through the process from start to finish. Overall we had an excellent experience with Walters Mercedes Staff and continue to do so. more

faithful relationship 8/12/2010

This is our fourth car through Walters. We have had a different sales rep, and each one has been an excellent representative of what Walter's family is all about. The service and helpfulness of Walter's employees has been a factor in determining our faithful relationship. Even though we are in difficult economic times, it is my suggestion that Walters make every effort to provide a Mercedes as a loaner to their clients rather than an Enterprise rental car, as this is a direct reflection on Walters as a dealership. We look forward to continued positive experiences with Walters. more
