This is our fourth car through Walters. We have had a different sales rep, and each one has been an excellent representative of what Walter's family is all about. The service and helpfulness of Walter's employees has been a factor in determining our faithful relationship. Even though we are in difficult economic times, it is my suggestion that Walters make every effort to provide a Mercedes as a loaner to their clients rather than an Enterprise rental car, as this is a direct reflection on Walters as a dealership. We look forward to continued positive experiences with Walters.
