Christine is simply the best. She has class and style and gives the ultimate spa like experience every single time I see her. Even though she is the top level stylist, my children also see her. The peace of mind I have that my children will be well cared for and have beautiful hair is worth the expense.
The blowout treatment is quick and easy and my daughter also receives this and loves the results. It cuts down on styling time and makes a world of difference in our morning routine!
Melissa does my color and is the sweetest lady. People stop me constantly to compliment me on my color. I never look cheap, trashy or brassy. My color is warm, even and expertly applied.
Unfortunately, customer service at Visible Changes is the absolute pits. Today I called to make an appointment. Because of my loyalty to Christine and the awesome service she provides, I endured the NINE phone calls it took to finally get someone to answer the phone to take the appointment. I complained about the numerous phone calls required and was told that there were ""no missed calls"" and no phone issues. Great, now after being inconvenienced by the extreme effort required to give Visible Changes my money, now I get to be insulted and basically called a liar??? Nice work.
I wish I could say this was an isolated instance, but it is not. The front desk staff does an extreme injustice to the otherwise wonderful experience at Visible Changes.
When approaching the desk, I am never made to feel warmed and welcome. I feel like a nerdy kid trying to approach the cool circle of snobs at school. It is not a good feeling. I have complained to management about the substandard front desk help. It puzzles me why they do not understand that these employees are the face of Visible Changes. If the quality of the services I receive from Christine and Melissa was not so exceptional, I would not put up with such nasty and cold reception by rude and snooty employees.
