Laura Gonzales is a wonderfull person and a great stylest. She has been doing my highligts/color over 5years and i've been very satisfied every time. She takes her time to listen to the clients needs and will make your hair look exactlly as you ask her. You can bring her a picture of somebody hair and come out of the salon looking fabulous. I would recomend her to anybody getting color or highlights.I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past and now that I found Laura Gonzales I would not trade her for anybody!! more

Kim Marie at the Galleria location has been doing my highlights/color for years and they are always great. \r \r She's very sweet and personable. We've gotten to know each other over the years and we always enjoy conversation during the service. \r \r I like the fact that she makes suggestions so your color is the best choice for you. \r \r It took me a long time to find someone who would get my color and highlights just right so I'll keep coming back to Kim Marie!! more

Fantastic Color Change by Marcela! 9/17/2011

Yesterday was my very first time at this particular location and I was assigned to Marcela for my Hair Color. After discussing what I was going for and then picking out the exact color, she got to work right away. I have to say that this has been one of the best color experiences I have ever had! Not only did the color come out perfect, but I did not have to go home and scrub away excess color stains around my hairline like I have had to so many times in the past. Not only did Marcela do my hair color, but she was kind enough to recommend a deep conditioning treatment that she took care of herself. By the time I was done, my hair was a gorgeous shade of dark brown, and had a fantastic healthy shine to it from the conditioning. I will definitely request her from here on out. VIsible Changes Galleria for Highlights and Cut! 9/16/2011

I've been going to Liz for highlights for about a year and she's AWESOME! I finally found a colorist who knows what I want! And Vero is the best for haircuts. Last year, I came in with an idea but no picture.... I just described it to her and she cut it perfectly! Liz for highlights, Vera for cut! Perfect combo! :-) more

Personalized Service. Great Cut. Ask For Kourtney! 9/14/2011

I have spent the better part of 2 years going from hair stylist to hair stylist. On a whim, after having my nail appointment fall through in the Galleria, I walked into Visible Changes. The girl who shampooed me asked a lot of questions about what I liked and didn't like about my hair and relayed this information to Kourtney, my stylist. She asked me some questions and just made an effort to get an idea about my personality and somehow put everything together and I walked out with a great cut. I finally found my new stylist! more

Fantastic Highlighting! 9/14/2011

I have lived in town for 4 years and have been going from salon to salon looking for someone as fabulous as Miriam at the Willowbrook location. It took me 3 years of searching the salons inside the loop but I finally found her - Liz at the Galleria Visible Changes is fantastic! She accurately translates what I ask for into what I want. She truly knows hair and what looks good on you. I ALWAYS get compliments after she highlights my hair. Thanks for making me look so good! more

Sanaz is AMAZING - Wonderful men's cuts! 9/11/2011

I have been a customer at Visible Changes since I moved to Houston almost two years ago. I just moved to Ft. Lauderdale for six months for a consulting project, and I am still flying back to Houston just to have Sanaz cut my hair! Sanaz is extremely professional, and listens to your needs. On my first visit with Sanaz I was concerned because she was so fast cutting my hair, but do not let this worry you. She is fast, but she is GOOD! She is always extremely friendly, and seems to never have a bad day. The rest of the staff at Visible Changes is also always very nice. I cannot imagine having anyone else cut my hair. Sanaz is one-of-a-kind! more

Good hair saloon. very fast getting in and out. no long wait times. Hair sylist is Brandi. She is the best. Very friendly. Listens to what I want done to my hair-not what they feel like I need. Always walk out satisfied with how my hair looks. If I could go to her everyday to get my hair styled, I would. Why is it that I can never get my hair to look like it did the next day! UGH! more

Liz has been doing my highlights for at least 2 years now. She does an awesome job. I can go in tell her what I want, ask her what she thinks, she gives suggestions (after all she is the pro and went to school for this, not me), and bam she makes magic! I am always impressed when it's done. She is quick; and that is great especially since I have lots of curly hair! Try her out you won't be disappointed! more

Liz is truly a pro. I have tried some crazy colors with my hair, in my life. However, when I told her I wanted to go from Blonde to Sharon Osbourne red, I think she was more excited than I was. She was great about letting me know how to care for the color so it lasted longer and still looked Fresh!!!! I recommend her to everyone I know. more

Kim Marie- Amazing! 9/6/2011

I have been going to Kim Marie for my color for about 6 years. My hair is naturally dark brown and now blonde. She was able to get a natural looking shade of blonde with lowlights and highlights. She knows exactly what i need each time i go and helps protect my hair from damage. She is patient and does the best job EVER!! I love her!! I get so many compliments because of her and always send her my referrals. more

Great men's haircut 9/4/2011

I walked in to visible changes to get a cut while I was at the mall with no expectations. Ricky cut my hair and did a great job. He gave me some styling advice, which i needed, and suggested new product for my hair type. Many salons/barbers find my hair difficult to cut, but Ricky did a great job and had me out of their quick. I'd recomend him and this salon to any of my friends. more

I'm sooo happy with my amazing color & cut! 9/4/2011

Being new to Houston, I really was nervous about getting my hair done by someone new. As, I went in to Visible Changes, I was really impressed with the look of the salon, the organization of the salon, and the hair I was seeing around me. Alicia did my color and I have almost black hair thats dyed platinum blonde, so it's not really easy to get that right...She did by far the best color/toner I've had in a while. She also made it not burn when I was doing the bleach by adding sweet n low to the bleach - what a great tip and very thoughtful. Manny, who did my cut, made my bangs look amazing, and my hair was straightened perfectly. He also made suggestions about products and also taught me how to apply shampoo/conditioner so that my hair will stay healthy and shiny. I highly recommend these two stylists and now have become a regular client. more

Houston's Best Hair Salon 9/4/2011

I have gotten my hair cut and highlighted at this Visible Changes location for years. Over two years ago I started seeing Kim for my highlights regularly. Kim is absolutely amazing. My highlights always look fabulous and she couldn't be a nicer person. I also recently started seeing Teresa for my hair cuts. Teresa does a fabulous job as well. I have never been disappointed here. The service is great. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. I wouldn't change salons if someone paid me. more

Fabulous Cut & Beautiful Color 8/30/2011

If you're looking for a wonderful hair cut and/or gorgeous color, along with fantastic customer service, you will find it ten-fold with Olga (cut) and Kim Marie (color)!!! Both ladies will exceed your expectations. I have been going to both for almost two years and have always been super happy with the experience. Some stylists require a couple of visits to ""learn"" your hair before finally achieving ""the right"" cut/look. Olga figured it out the first time...I LOVED it. And, Kim Marie has a great eye for finding just the right shade to match your skin tone, and applying it flawlessly..it grows out gracefully without those ugly root lines that show after several weeks. Both gals are not only professional, friendly, and personable, they're also extremely talented, artistic and precise. I'm so glad to know them! more

GREAT Color and Cut!! 8/30/2011

I have been getting my highlights done by Dora Lee since I moved to Houston 5 years ago. She does an AMAZING job!!! I am always complemented on my blonde hair, and I have Dora Lee to think for it! :) I also love the fact that I can tell her I want to change my color up a little (lowlights, blonder highlights, thicker pieces of color, etc) and she will know exactly what to do! \r \r I have also been to several different stylists for cut and style and have consistently received great service and been very pleased with my haircut. I typically use Kourtney or Juany for my cut (depending on availability). You cannot go wrong with either...they are both great! more

Sanaz! 8/28/2011

I have been seeing Sanaz since I got more of a haircut than I bargained for about 2 years ago. I'd been trying to grow my hair out from a pixie to a bob and it was in a strange in-between. Another stylist cut my hair uneven and he took off more hair than I wanted. Sanaz stayed late to see me and I was a crying mess. She cut just a little to make it more even and it looked so much better and I had more hair than I thought. She has helped me to grow my hair out to my shoulders and now it is in a shorter bob. I love it, and she is great with fixing hair and cutting hair so that it grows out well. She is the best stylist I have had--and now I drive from Dallas to Houston to see her. more
