Juan is an amazing stylist. I would and I do recommend him to everyone. I have a feminine modern mohawk with a long tail. It is bold and edgy. I get at least 2 complements a week on it. Myrna has been my colorist for five years and always does a great job. After every visit, I receive compliments on my color and highlights. Emelin cuts my hair and her skill is much appreciated with my difficult hair. Both women are always kind and always professional. I am lucky to have found such a team! more

Are you looking for an amazing colorist? Ask for Myrna!!! Ever since I moved back here from L.A. I haven't been able to find anyone who could get my blonde right. I had my hair fried off, one colorist turned me orange! Then I found Myrna. She knows what she is doing and is exceptional at it. Highlights, lowlights.....no one in this city can do a better job, and trust me...I have been to every high dollar salon here. I am not the type that jumps from stylist to stylist and thank god I don't have to anymore now that I found Myrna!!! Don't go another day paying for color you don't love. Go see Myrna and Novelette has been cutting my hair for over 15 years and I have always trusted her to do whatever she wants and she makes me look incredible every time. She stays up on the latest cutting techniques and styles and knows her stuff. These two ladies are powerhouses! And fun, fun fun to be around. more

I am not a native Houstonian and it has taken me 3 years to find a good stylist that I am comfortable with. Melody is great! She listens to what I want without talking me into a new style that isn't for me. She is also very quick, which I love! I have not been going to Visible Changes for very long, but I already know I will be having Melody take care of my hair for a very long time! more

Great cuts/color...BUT HORRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF!!!!! 4/20/2012

The stylist and colorist I see are amazing; however, every single time I have here the front desk has diminshed any great experience I have. I have had HORRIBLE customer service booking my appointment, checking in for my appointment, and paying as I was leaving. I am so close to finding somewhere new because of this. It is ridiculous! more

Novi is the BEST! 3/29/2012

I asked for Novi based on someone's review here. It was the best decision ever!Novi did more than what I wanted! I wanted a drastic change and she gave me that! I told her about my lifestyle, and she created a style that suited that and looked awesome! Aside from her amazing artistic ability, she is one of the friendliest people I've met. I am now in her following and I will tell all my friends to follow her too! Thanks Novi! You did more than just change my hair! more

Specialty Cut and Style- AMAZING! - NOVLETTE- TY!! 3/18/2012

Two words: Novlette Spence! I blindly made an appointment with ""Novy"" as they call her- based on a recommendation from another stylist at Visible Changes to deal with a specialty cut and I didn't know what the outcome would be. I didn't know anyone who had previously been a client SO... I must tell you friends- she is absolutely incredible!!! Knows her stuff - I have never met someone who knows hair, wigs you name it- she is awesome!! Personable. Real. Helpful and what can I say - I got an amazing cut and style and tons of take home tips. Plus I made a friend. Thank you Novellete and Visible Changes. I will be coming back and booking all appointments with Novlette Spence!!! more

I had my hair colored by Myrna and i was so pleased. She did a great job and it was exactly what i wanted. I will be a permanent client. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and thats what she did. She is so sweet and easy to talk to...a real people person. more

MYRNA-THE BEST COLORIST IN TOWN!!!!! 2/1/2012

10 YEARS!!!!! Yes, Myrna has been coloring/ hilighting/experimenting with my hair for 10 years!!!! She is by far the BEST. She simply has this style about her that you will absolutely LOVE. She can look at you and work majic!!! Myrna will tell you what will work and what will not work with your hair style/face. The best part is she does it in such a wonderful, stylish manner!! She has the best personality.... I NEVER let anything stop me from seeing ""MY"" Myrna!!! I would recommend you giving her a try. Just do it, you will see... She is fantastic!!!! more

Great hair care at the Galleria 8/19/2011

You won't expect a chain hair salon to have such talented people on staff. One assumes they all end up at high cost salons. For cuts and styling see Ricky. He's busy.Once you've seen him you'll return. So call ahead for an appointment so you aren't disappointed. Hair colorists, Melissa and Amanda are terrific and have great solutions for problem hair. They do not run late, are efficient and accomplished. This trio offers a high-end experience and you get to shop the Galleria when done! more

Want Great Color? Ask for Myrna 8/12/2011

I've been going to the Memorial City location for about a year now and I was so lucky to have found Myra. She is very thorough and detailed when explaining what you should expect with the color or highlights you are getting. She has always done a fabulous job and is very creative that i have recently let her do what she thinks will look great with the hairstyle i have selected for that visit. To this day, Myra has not failed me which is why I will keep and will continue going back to her. She rocks! more

I've never been able to find a hair stylist I can relate to our enjoy until I met Jason. Not only is he very talented with his profession, he constantly shows kindness and genorosity for me as well as his fellow employees. It is clear he is a liked individual with a strong work effort. Been going to Visible Changes for 14 years....Why have I gone to the same place for 14 years. Because that is where Xzavier has been the last 14 years...You figure he would bounce around like many other stylists, but no, so to this day, I am still going there with no plans to go elsewhere....consistent and creative (should you desire) I trust him to do it right, never doubted him, and he has never failed. Which is why he is the only person I have gone to and will go to in the future... more

I have been looking for a hair stylist for the past few years. I moved to Houston awhile ago but always waited until I went home for a visit to get my haircut. Then a friend of mine told me about Cindy Nicasio at Visible Changes. I decided to give her a try. I could not be happier!!!! She is so fun and you can tell that she loves what she is doing.... I wasn't sure what haircut i wanted or what would look good on me, she took the time to play around with my hair and gave me several options. It felt like I was getting my haircut by a friend. It was not only a fun time but i also reicieved the BEST haircut of my life,.... See you in 6 weeks....if you are looking for a newstylist I would strongly suggest that you visit Cindy... you will not only get a great haircut but you will also make a new friend. more
