We've been using Virtual PBX in our retail store for about 3 years, and we love the service. We use a cordless VoIP phone that we can carry all over the store, and we can also have calls go to our people at home or on the cell phones, so they don't even have to be at the store to take calls. We've just added a new store and our customers can reach all of our people at either store without needing a second number. I also like being able to get voice messages to my email. The quality has been great, and when we need support, their people have been great to work with. Highly recommended! more

I've been a long time customer of VirtualPBX, I have tried other cloud companies in the past, but no other company continues to add features and services while also reduce the cost to the customer. In the five years we have been a customer of VirtualPBX our costs have reduced by over 50% while adding more features and services. more

I've been with Virtual PBX for 8 years now. Starting as a lonely consultant, they gave me a professional presence. Now that I've been established for almost a decade, with a constant growth of employees and offices, we never had even the slightest problem with our phone service. We have been a client of VPBX for about 4 years and have found their system to be precisely what we needed when researching our needs. Their customer support is first class and "user friendly". Our remote worker employees appreciate having their "desk" extension with them wherever they are. I would personally recommend VPBX to be on your short list when shopping telcommunication needs for your company whether you have 2 or 200 users. more
