We've been using Virtual PBX in our retail store for about 3 years, and we love the service. We use a cordless VoIP phone that we can carry all over the store, and we can also have calls go to our people at home or on the cell phones, so they don't even have to be at the store to take calls. We've just added a new store and our customers can reach all of our people at either store without needing a second number. I also like being able to get voice messages to my email.
The quality has been great, and when we need support, their people have been great to work with.
