When I called to book the appointment and had asked for a 90 minute massage, Jacob didn't explain to me, or clarify, that Veda chooses to only do 80 minute massages, so I was misled from what I had expected. I had asked for a Swedish, relaxing massage, and left with soreness. I do understand it is my responsibility to communicate what I want to the therapist. It has been my experince at Veda, currently and in the past, that the warm towels, which may feel nice in the beginning, end up creating a chill once removed because the fan/moving air, or cooler room temperature is now in contact with the wet, warm skin.
