I usually go to the salon on N.Academy, but when my normal stylist moved, I decided to try the new location. I should have never switched. My stylist Kelsey was fantastic, but my experience before and after my cut was horrible. The front desk girls do not greet you when you walk through the door, do not call you up to the podium, no hi, "how are you?" She barely looked up from the computer screens at me. I called earlier in the morning before you opened to request an appointment and I had to call back at 10am to get an appointment after no one called me back. When I called, the woman recognized my phone number and knew that I had called and left a message. No apology for that, and didn't tell me who my stylist was. She just hung up. Finally got an appointment at noon and showed up at 12:45 to be early. Didn't even meet my stylist until 12:15. Why make an appointment? I asked for water during my wait and it was never brought to me. I asked where the restroom was, and it was like I was inconviencing her. I will not be back to the Nevada location. I wish I knew the names of the two girls who gave absolutely no customer service. more
