Awful Experience 1/18/2011

my daughter had a AWFUL cut!!A week later another stylist tried to improve it. It has taken 6 months for it to get long enough to have another hair cut. I tried to call their office that listed in the phone book but no one replyed. Terrible experience! more

Nail Salon 1/13/2011

Love the shellac. I have terribly weak nails and the new shellac product is fantastic. It's a great alternative to false nails as it doesn't damage your own nail and adds strength. I'm so glad you started offering this service. more

Totally Worth the Price! 1/8/2011

I've tried several salons within the Colorado Springs area and have never been happy. I was apprehensive about coming in because of the previous reviews however, I decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in I was "wowed". The front desk was welcoming and friendly and the tea was delicious! My stylist Becky came and got me promptly and listened to what I wanted, but gave suggestions. I left with the best color and cut I have had in a long time. I felt very relaxed and comfortable while there. Definitely will be back! :) more

This is my first encounter with Veda. Corrine handled my phone call to set the appointment. Corrine, please speak clearly and into your headset. You are my first vision of Veda and if I hand't heard great things from some friends, I would have not set an appointment based on how you answered the call. Say please and thank you. I was placed on hold twice, but never put on hold while you took other phone calls - it was never clear if you were talking to me or the other caller. Polish it up girl - you are representing the entire Salon with your voice and customer service skills! or lack there of.... Make me feel like I am the most important customer at that time. If the call volume is too high for just you - talk to your boss for additional help. =) more

Fantastic 12/30/2010

I took my very good friend with me and we got massages, pedicures, facials, and shampoo/blow dry services. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. They really made us feel welcome and comfortable. My friend had never had a massage or facial and she was very nervous and did not know what to expect. The aesthetician and massage therapist did everything to make her feel completely comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much! It was really a wonderful day. The nail tech that did our pedicures and the massage therapist were both so friendly and easy to talk to. We felt like we were spending the day with a group of our closest girl friends! I have had spa services at other day spas but I never feel as comfortable as I do when I come to Veda! more

your website printed 4 pages for me to get a gift certificate, plus the cert was not centered on the page and some printing was lost. Very poor for a big company. more

Veda at University Village in COS is doing better with their front desk experience, thank God. When they first opened and for about 6 mths, it was truly unpleasant. Who wants to wait in line the minute you walk in the door or wait a LONG time to PAY? It is much better now, I am so glad! My experience with the trainee who greeted me and did my shampoo was wonderful. she was kind, and also told me what she was going to do, the head and hand massage were the best I have ever had! My stylist Stephanie, is fabulous. She listens, cares and is does a fabulous cut and color. She is the best stylist I have had since living in Europe. I found her by accident, and am so glad I did. more
