This is my first encounter with Veda. Corrine handled my phone call to set the appointment. Corrine, please speak clearly and into your headset. You are my first vision of Veda and if I hand't heard great things from some friends, I would have not set an appointment based on how you answered the call. Say please and thank you. I was placed on hold twice, but never put on hold while you took other phone calls - it was never clear if you were talking to me or the other caller. Polish it up girl - you are representing the entire Salon with your voice and customer service skills! or lack there of.... Make me feel like I am the most important customer at that time. If the call volume is too high for just you - talk to your boss for additional help. =) more
