This is absolutely the worst airline ever! The service is horrid, food is disgusting, and the people are rude. We took a flight from LAX to GIG via MD-11, not a bad plane. Our luggage was destroyed and we were not reimboursed. Took a 777 back, and half of the video monitors were broken. The security seemed to be good, but I would never fly that airline again!
