Needed appt the next day (on Sat) to have differential and transfer case fluids changed because we were leaving town on long trip first thing on Monday. Very accommodating. We actually arrived about 10 minutes before they officially opened. They invited us into lounge to wait. Most like their willingness to accommodate our needs. more

I called for an appointment, and was told just to bring my car in and the service department would fit me in. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, left happy and with no complaints, Will be back. Did the work quick and fast, reasonable price nice service personnel. Nice to have a computer for customer's use too. more

Excellent new car purchase 2/28/2011

I was very pleased with Vancouver Toyota. As a matter of fact, this was the easiest and least pressured new car purchase out of the five I have experienced. I researched the price I wanted to pay at Truecar dot com before I called Vancouver Toyota and asked for the Internet Fleet Manager. Within 15 minutes of speaking with Flynn, I had a quote with the price I wanted and a VIN number. I called Broadway Toyota with the same price and was told they couldn't go that low. I asked them to send me a quote with the best they could do, and never heard back from them. The next day my wife and I met with Flynn to buy our 2011 Prius. He had the car out front all cleaned up with 2 miles on the odometer. We filled out the paperwork, met with Joe the financial manager (who also was a pleasure to work with), brushed off the sales pitch for the sale-priced extended warranty, paid for the car, and left. with the new car. The total time at the dealership from arrival to drive-off was one hour and twenty minutes! I was very glad not to have to play the stressful showroom negotiation game. Paying cash and no trade-in helped also. more

Always willing to listen and follow through. Offer of overnight rental free due to recall in addition to servicing. This was very helpful. Always comfortable and inviting. I understand the new building will be ready the next time I visit. That will be even better. Everything always done up properly and according to a check Toyota list. more

Tundra Salesman was very easy to work with , no high pressure tactics. He showed us vehicles that fit our needs. Process was very enjoyable. Something I would have not expected from a car dealership. All other personnel that we came in contact with were pleasant and courteous. They were genuinely concerned with meeting our needs and making us happy with our purchase. very friendly service dept. and we have been pleased with our previous experiences here. Most liked wait time was within what we expected and it was a comfortable area. more

My appt was for an oil service and recall items reolated to the Prius. They were very accomodating and up dront with how long the service would take. They provided me with a car while mine was being serviced. The service clerk made sure mu bill was ready when I came to pick up the car. She had forgotten to apply the coupon for oil serice and produced a new receipt and took $10 off for making me wait. I was surprised and greatful. more

When I arrived at Vancouver Toyota dealership, everyone seemed really organized. I was taken care of in less than 5 minutes. The person at the drop off point walked me over to the car rental office rather than just pointing the way. You guys totally impressed me with the excellent customer service! Thank you more

Mr. Parker at Vancouver Toyota was an absolute pleasure to work with and the finance guy actually made getting financed fun. They had the best prices that we had seen in a long time and a huge selection to choose from. We are very pleased with our car and experience. Disorganized 8/19/2009

I almost made a deal here, but the final deal never made it to paper. I went back to see if we could do it, first thing the next morning, and of course nobody who made the original deal was there. Unfortunately the word I got back was ""that deal didn't exist"". Bad choice of words. They finally called me back several times to ask me to come back and do the deal, but I had already been to Hannah Kia at the Vancouver Auto Mall, where instead of being lied to and insulted, I was listened to and treated with respect. I spent 4k more, but instead of having to buy used to get the Toyota I wanted, I got a nicely loaded, brand new Kia Sedona. I suppose I should thank McCord's, really. Hannah Kia is the best dealership I've ever dealt with, bar none. As for McCord's, I won't be back. I don't like customers who don't do their research, and then whine about the car buying process. Do your job and you'll get a good deal. Same goes for salespeople. You have your job, I have mine, it's nothing personal. Treat people with respect, admit your mistakes instead of blaming the customer for them, and you'll move more prod Pros: So bad I went someplace else Cons: One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. more
