I would recommend them! When I walked in, I needed some help with baby furniture selection - I am having my first child and am very new to all of this. It was easy to find someone to help. I had so many questions, I could not believe how patient and helpful the lady was. Later I was looking around the store and another knowledgeable staff member assisted me in understanding the differences between all the different running strollers. I ended up buying a furniture set ( it needed to be ordered and was scheduled to arrive a few weeks later) and had it delivered and set up for me in my home. To my surprise, it arrived earlier! The delivery and assembly guys were very good! I expected scratches and dings on the walls as they carried things upstairs and moved stuff around in tight quarters, but they were very careful and did not leave even a scratch! I also price shopped and the are MUCH less expensive then places like Babies R Us for the exact same products. I had an extremely positive experience throughout the entire process. I noticed that most the other reviews were negative, but also noted that they were from a few years ago. It seems like USA Baby has really improved since then. more

Horrible customer service. I highly recommend that you don't fall into the trap that we did. Once they have your money, you mean nothing to them. They called us in to pick up our crib this week. We came in, paid our balance, and then waited at the loading dock for a very long time. Finally, someone came out to tell us that it wasn't ready for pick-up. A poorly run operation. I will never shop here again. The prices are way to high also. Pros: attractive merchandise, Cons: Pricey, bad customer service, they don't seem to know a lot about products or stock more
