Horrible customer service. I highly recommend that you don't fall into the trap that we did. Once they have your money, you mean nothing to them. They called us in to pick up our crib this week. We came in, paid our balance, and then waited at the loading dock for a very long time. Finally, someone came out to tell us that it wasn't ready for pick-up. A poorly run operation. I will never shop here again. The prices are way to high also.
Pros: attractive merchandise,
Cons: Pricey, bad customer service, they don't seem to know a lot about products or stock
