I would recommend them!
When I walked in, I needed some help with baby furniture selection - I am having my first child and am very new to all of this. It was easy to find someone to help. I had so many questions, I could not believe how patient and helpful the lady was. Later I was looking around the store and another knowledgeable staff member assisted me in understanding the differences between all the different running strollers.
I ended up buying a furniture set ( it needed to be ordered and was scheduled to arrive a few weeks later) and had it delivered and set up for me in my home. To my surprise, it arrived earlier! The delivery and assembly guys were very good! I expected scratches and dings on the walls as they carried things upstairs and moved stuff around in tight quarters, but they were very careful and did not leave even a scratch!
I also price shopped and the are MUCH less expensive then places like Babies R Us for the exact same products.
I had an extremely positive experience throughout the entire process. I noticed that most the other reviews were negative, but also noted that they were from a few years ago. It seems like USA Baby has really improved since then.
