Seriously who doesn't love to receive packages? Because I know I sure do! So I have been to this location more than once. And every single time the service is always great. I dealt with almost all of their employees and every single one of them is extremely friendly. \r \r Plus you don't have to worry about bringing in your package boxed and ready to ship. Because they'll box up whatever you bring in at a very fair price. So in my book that extra charge is totally worth it. \r \r And in case you forgot grandma's birthday don't fret, because they have greeting cards on hand. Plus there is a Bartell's just a few steps away if your granny needs something more like the Clapper. \r \r Yes this location is on Cap Hill but don't worry there is usually plenty of parking. So you can roll in and out with little to no problem. Again if you need to ship something and you're in Cap Hill this location has you covered. \r more

Great friendly service at this location. For those that might have had a problem, I might suggest that the problem was within, rather than with the stores personnel. I dare think that the business model for a store that has been here a number of years is to insult the customers, as noble of a cause as I might think that to be at times. more

I live on Kitsap Peninsula and have had a UPS mailbox at this store for over two and a half years. In response to a recent post that was negative toward Mr. Jim Brown, I will say that he has gone above and beyond his call of duty more than once. He took a painting to my son in Tukwila that was too large to mail. He could have crated it at $250+, and taken my money. Instead, he offered to drop it off himself and charged me only $100! I have never, ever had a problem with package deliveries. Ever. I often ask them to send my mail by UPS to Kitsap when I can't get into Seattle, and the UPS guys on the Kitsap side are courteous, and efficient. I love UPS! I think Mr. Brown is an excellent business owner, so there! more

Gosh that Asian guy with really short hair stole my heart... Came there yesterday and his smile made me forget what I was there for. Today I came there again to send another package, and also to get another peek at this cutie, thank God he was there, and thank God more he helped me again! He even remembered me from the day before and we talked for a while. So polite and helpful. Best way to end a busy Monday! more

Reliable package delivery for those that can't receive at home always. Also great nailing address that keeps the home box empty (vs. stuffed after two days then USPS returning all mail to sender!-true story). I also happen to really like at least 90% of employees who have worked there in my ten or so years of having a mailbox here- perfect for online shopaholics like me more

I have been a customer at this store for several years, and the whole staff are unfailingly wonderful. They always greet me, know my name, and are really friendly. I love it that they email me when a package arrives more

I've always had a good experience here. Granted I only go in pretty much once a year at xmas time - but especially then i expect the staff to be very harried and stressed. instead, they have always been calm, relaxed and real. my packages have always gotten delivered without any hassle and for less than i expected. the staff is great - maybe due to good management? anyway - thanks ups staff for always coming through! more

I print out labels from work and drop them by the store when I want to make sure its in process same day. No waiting for the UPS guy/gal! more

Avoid this location. The owner is the worst customer service professional I have ever encountered. The rest of the staff seems alright, but the owner needs to stay in the back. more

Seriously could not be easier! Had a big box of clothing to ship to my sister in CO - my husband has done this before so her address is on file. They weighed it, measured it, taped it up & less than 5 minutes later I was outta there. I have been putting off sending this package because I have PTSD from the last time I had to mail something from an actual post office. Don't be afraid. It is clean, fast, friendly & easy!! more

Because of the friendly staff, great location, and convenient parking, I always use this UPS location when I have to ship. I've visited this location a number of times over the past year and have always been met with friendly help, which I NEED. Another plus, I've never had trouble finding parking in the lot. As a shipping novice, I usually need all the help I can get. Jon has helped me on multiple occasions and has always had fast and friendly service. Today he trimmed down the box I was shipping, which ended up minimizing my shipping cost. Thanks Jon, and see you next time! more
