Hello people - Do not ever try to purchase a car here in Union Mitsubishi. All they do is sell the car and after that, gone. They do not know the definition of customer service. Mr. Steven Spark, the manager.. really knows how to act rude to their customers. I have complaints here and there with this delaership and to the point that mitsubishi headquarters of north america has to step in and apologize to me. This people doesnt need to exist! Do not purchase your next mitsu car here...better yet go to Glendale...nice people, nice customer service.
To you Mister Parks: How can I refer people in doing business with your dealership/ Mitsubishi if the top executive like Mr. Steven Park who I expect to handle it very well unfortunately doesn?t know what customer relationship management is all about?
