Great Customer Service 12/9/2008

I called up to get my alarm serviced started, I spoke with a CSR who was very friendly and nice who took my info., and we set up a time for the tech to come out. From the first person I spoke with, to the Tech that called first then showed up on time. All of the people were very friendly, nice, and professional. The tech did a great job. I have been a customer for 3 years and I have not had a problem with my alarm or with anyone from this company. Only a great alarm and great service!! I purchased a home and had them come and install an alarm system. From the call placed to the customer service rep to the finished product everything went great! All policies and procedures were explained to me by the CSR from start to finish. The service tech was very friendly. I could not of asked for a better company to have my security with. I feel that you get out of something what you give, if you come across rude and demanding you will get the same treatment back. I have read all of the posts here and I can not believe that we are talking about the same company. I would use them again and tell all my friends and neighbors to do the same. I have been a customer for 2 years. I called up asked what the process was for canceling my alarm monitoring I was told what the process was I gave the information that was asked. I got my form in the mail within about 3 weeks paid the amount owed per my agreement mailed it back and that was that I DO read everything before I sign it I understood that I had an agreement for a certain amount of time and that it renews if I cancel before that time I have to pay for the rest of the agreement. I was treated with great customer service. I was with another company before and I was paying 38.00 per month for my free system that I had to pay for 5 years, so you see a 12 month agreement is alot better than that. I also referred my co-workers and family to them and I have never heard them say anything bad about this company, I guess we just understand the process. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF I WERE TO MOVE BACK TO GA. Pros: Great Rates & Customer Service more

Unless you enjoy frustration and a feeling of complete dissatisfaction, stay far, far away! Trust Security does not care about customers, only the bottom line. I've rarely come across a company that had absolutely no redeeming qualities! The employees are rude and uncaring. Good luck if you ever decide you need to cancel the ""service"". more

These people care nothing about providing a service. All they care about is finding sneaky ways to keep you from being able to cancel. It's amazing that they are still in business. more

This company has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. The people are rude and they make it very hard to cancel. They don't care about the customer at all, just about finding ways to get your money with no intention of ever satisfying the customer. Pros: cheap Cons: horrible customer service, rude people more

""Trust"" Security is an ironic name for a business run by people I wouldn't trust. After being their customer for years, I informed the company that I was moving and needed to discontinue my service. I was told that I had to sign a cancellation request form that would be sent to me. It arrived 2 months later after many unreturned phone calls, and I had been billed for an entire year after I no longer lived in the house. They stated that because I didn't sign the form in time (which they wouldn't send to me) that my account had auto renewed and I was responsible for payment for another year. If this company were my only option, I just wouldn't have a security system at all. more

I would not Trust them 4/28/2008

I tried to cancel my service for months, only to be told one story after another. I could not get the paperwork I needed., no one would return phone calls, etc. I was then charged a late fee and another 3 months of service. No one ever took responsiblity for the problems, if was all my fault. Everyone I dealt with was either rude or incompetent. If you are looking for dependable, trustworthy service DO NOT use them. Hard to cancel service 4/24/2008

Had the security company monitor my home for 5 years. Never had to call on them unitl I moved. Could not get a responce from them to receive my cancellation letter. They continued to charge me for service when I wasn't living at the residence they were not even monitoring. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. Very poor service. They have a bad case of CRS if you call to remind them of what they need to do. more

Poor Poor Service. Seemed great with excellent prices and install was easy but then came the service that was beyond horrible. Constantly calling to discontinue service and never can get them to give me an answer. Called spoke to owner and he himself was rude and did nothing. Never in my life have I complained of service typically I would just simply not do business with a company again but with this one I will warn as many people as I know to stay away. Beyond me why they are still in business but if you are considering doing business with them understand a cheap price tag equals cheap service. Cons: Service more

Customer service is sub-standard 8/8/2007

We have had this service for 3 years. The first year was great! If the alarm went off, we received a call from the monitoring service immediately. The second year the calls began to come later and later, in fact, we received a call after we had already left to go on vacation and were out of the house for over 20 minutes! Recently, our security alarm has been going off randomly for low battery. We were told that we did not need to purchase a new one as it was only needed for back up. Our alarm is now going off at all hours of the night and day, for low battery after which we receive a call from the monitoring service informing us of the ""low battery"" alarm. It is extremely annoying and disruptive to have this alarm going off randomly for something that we apparently don't even need. I called Trust to ask if there was a way to override this alarm and was told that it will continue to go off until we replace the battery. That is unacceptable customer service as far as I am concerned! I am giving my 60 days notice and terminating this service immediately! The customer service is horrible and as a valued customer for over 3 years, my family and I should not have to tolerate being waken up in the middle of the night or wee hours of the morning because they refuse to override an alarm that is not life threatening. I believe it is a way to frustrate customers into to purchasing additional batteries from their company. Best security company in town 6/27/2007

I moved into my home and had my system installed four days later. They were very friendly and helpful if i had any questions about anything. The prices were also great! If there was a problem with my alarm, they sent a technician out the next day. However, I was transferred out of state because of my job and terminating my account was very easy. All you have to do is give sixty days notice and pay the bill. It was fast and friendly service that I would recommend to anyone! Pros: Great prices, Great service, all around Great company! Cons: None. more

Difficulty canceling 11/28/2006

We never had a problem with this company until we moved and tried to discontinue our service. Apparently you cannot cancel your service until you have filled out a form that is suppose to be sent to you in the mail. I have requested this form several times and it has still not arrived. It has been over a month since we moved and we are still expected to pay for security monitoring at a home we do not own! No one has given me a direct answer as to prorating and they have even hung up on me! Overall, customer service is decent until you tell them you no longer want to be a customer.
