We never had a problem with this company until we moved and tried to discontinue our service. Apparently you cannot cancel your service until you have filled out a form that is suppose to be sent to you in the mail. I have requested this form several times and it has still not arrived. It has been over a month since we moved and we are still expected to pay for security monitoring at a home we do not own! No one has given me a direct answer as to prorating and they have even hung up on me! Overall, customer service is decent until you tell them you no longer want to be a customer. To me, its not worth the headache.
