Review content:
I tried to cancel my service for months, only to be told one story after another. I could not get the paperwork I needed., no one would return phone calls, etc. I was then charged a late fee and another 3 months of service. No one ever took responsiblity for the problems, if was all my fault. Everyone I dealt with was either rude or incompetent. If you are looking for dependable, trustworthy service DO NOT use them.
