Treystman, Mark, Dds - New Century Dental Group

This place is fantastic! I have been coming here for years and Dr. Mark Treystman is just phenomenal. Kind, gental, smart, friendly... I always feels like he is giving each patient 110%. The staff is always very friendly and they call the day before to confirm the appt. They do Saturday appointments also which is very convenient. I highly recommend this Place !!!!!!!!! more

New century Dental Group is fantastic. Their front office manager is amazing! she is so efficient and knows everything about my file and treatment plan. She is accommodating and helpful with an awesome personality. The Doctors and assistants are also very kind and compassionate! 5 star Dental ofc! more

Dr. Mark is trustworthy, kind and professional. He explains the procdedure to you in detal and makes sure you know whats done and why its done. He won't make you get any work done unless you need it. I had this experiece before, and I know the difference. He is a great doctor, makes sure you are comfortable during the procedure. Prices can be negotiated, but after doing research, I know that his is very reasonable to start with. Inna at the front desk is a nice girl, assistant is fine too, but most important person there is Dr Mark. This was the worst office I have ever been to. I had to write this. Dont go! They were all very rude. I am a really nice guy, and I usually get along with anyone. The secretary was frantic when I made the appointment. Then when I got there she had to try really hard to act like she cared. During the cleaning the assistant was very aggressive. I told her the cold water was hurting a tooth, she quickly responded condescendingly ""thats because you have a cavity!"" and KEPT doing it. The office manager made fun of me, and then was also rude about the treatments. My insurance said they quoted me WAY MORE THAN MY CO-PAY ACTUALLY STATED! Mark Treystman was never to be seen. All in all, I would never send anyone here that I planned on remaining friends with, and think these other reviews must be by the office themselves. Some review said I watched TV the whole time. I tried to turn it on myself, it was all fuzz, the dentist said her assistant knew how to operate it, then NEVER turned it on again. RUDE. MEAN. AGGRESSIVE. POOR QUALITY SERVICE. BAD CLEANING. Wow! I read the other review-sorry for your experience. I guess you were seen by one of the other doctors here. I have been a patient of Dr Marks for 8 years. I won't go to another doctor no matter what! He wont do any expensive cosmetic on healthy teeth! His bedside manners are exceptional. I had gotten flowers from people I referred to him-that's how happy people are with this doctor. I recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist. Pros: Very honest, great doctor! more
